Man Boobs!

In order to lose man boobs, you have to try hard because breast fat is one of the hardest areas to get rid of the fat. So we need to do our best job to lose as much fat as we can. Man boobs are almost always the result of years of eating junk food which contain more calories than whole foods..

This doesn't mean you have to stop eating junk food forever to lose your man boobs, but you will have to eat a lot healthier the majority of the time. More meats, chicken, fish, veggies, and fruits.

Less junk, alcohol and soda. As stronglifts.com says: "Two beers and a burger when out with friends is fine, but a DAILY 6 pack and TV dinner is an obvious no-go."

According to stronglifts.comby working out and lifting weight you will be shaping your chest and gaining muscle weight and losing the fat.

Strong Lifts 5 x 5 is therefore plenty, even though you'll only do 3 exercises per workout, 3 x/week. The amount of exercises doesn't matter, intensity does.
