In order to lose 1 pound you will have to burn 3500 more calories than are consumed. In order to 10 pounds in one month you will have to follow my instructions carefully so you will get the result that you want.

Eat 1,500 calories per day:.
To lose 10 pounds in a month, try to consume about 1,500 calories per day. All of the food that you consume should be fat free or low fat. And you have to stick to that diet for the entire month with out any breaks.

Drink water exclusively:
Drink water as much as you can. Water will help break up fat and make it easier and and will help you fill up fast. Drink water before you eat so you stomach feels like it's full, so you won't eat a lot.

Cut out food additives:
Get rid of all the dressing, salt, suger and the butter you add on your food every time you eat. You have to sacrifice in order to get what you want. 

Exercise every day:

In order to lose man boobs, you have to try hard because breast fat is one of the hardest areas to get rid of the fat. So we need to do our best job to lose as much fat as we can. Man boobs are almost always the result of years of eating junk food which contain more calories than whole foods..

This doesn't mean you have to stop eating junk food forever to lose your man boobs, but you will have to eat a lot healthier the majority of the time. More meats, chicken, fish, veggies, and fruits.

Less junk, alcohol and soda. As stronglifts.com says: "Two beers and a burger when out with friends is fine, but a DAILY 6 pack and TV dinner is an obvious no-go."

According to stronglifts.comby working out and lifting weight you will be shaping your chest and gaining muscle weight and losing the fat.
