I have been working out and eating healthy recently to lose
weight and get in shape. I have lost a lot of fat weight and gained muscle mass. My body has changed a lot.
I created this blog to help people lose weight together. I’m going to post everything I did to lose weight so you all can try the methods that I developed for losing weight to be healthy.
I’m a really active guy. I wake up at 5:45 a.m. every day to go and work out with my football teammates. I do a lot of sports and I’m active all the time but my weight always been a problem for me so I decided to change that by starting a diet and exercise more and eat healthier. I’ve been on a really strict diet lately to boost the weight loss.
